For over three decades, Charlotte has served the global church through her gift of communication. She founded PRAXIS for Senior Leaders & The Collective Mentorship Program for women in leadership. Charlotte has authored a large number of books, produced several podcasts, and written curriculum for the next generation in partnership with SEU University. She and her husband, Steve, have spent over thirty years building and leading church in the United Kingdom. Now they call Alabama USA home with their two grown children, Hope Cherish and Noah Brave. Charlotte is a teaching pastor at Church of the Highlands, where they are based as a family and ministry.

Dr. Tom Mullins, along with his wife Donna, founded Christ Fellowship in 1984. What began as a small Bible study with 40 people meeting in their living room, has grown to thousands of people meeting at multiple locations across South Florida and many more around the globe through Christ Fellowship Everywhere. Before becoming a pastor, Tom was a successful football coach and athletic director at both the high school and collegiate levels. He is the author of three books—Passing the Leadership Baton: A Winning Transition Plan for Your Ministry, The Confidence Factor: The Key to Developing the Winning Edge for Life, and The Leadership Game: Winning Principles from Eight National Champions—that capture his passion for developing leaders and his experience as both a coach and a pastor. He earned his doctorate from Liberty University and his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University, where he now leads a Doctorate of Ministry cohort. Tom also serves on several boards, including Place of Hope Children’s Home, Teen Challenge, and EQUIP. Needless to say, he is a sought-after speaker and leader.

Pastors Todd and Julie Mullins are the Senior Pastors of Christ Fellowship Church. Under their guidance, Christ Fellowship has continued its growth as a multi-site congregation that not only gathers thousands in South Florida each week but reaches thousands more beyond the region digitally through Christ Fellowship Everywhere. They are the founders of Church United, a partnership of local churches across various denominations that join together to transform South Florida. Todd and Julie also serve on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), as well as on the board of directors for Place of Hope Children's Home in South Florida. They are both frequently invited to churches and conferences around the globe to share Christ Fellowship’s mission of impacting the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ.
